Payment is via PayPal.

Shipping

Orders take up to two days to fill and be mailed. We mail our packages through the United States Post Office, either First Class or Priority Mail Service or, Express Mail as requested.
Shipping charges are calculate at checkout. Free First Class shipping on orders over $200.00. Sorry but we do not ship outside the United States.

Filling your Order
Tibetan Beads are all handmade and will vary slightly in appearance and size. Some natural components such as pearls, conch shell, turquoise will vary in size and shape. When you order more than one of a bead type we do our best to match the beads to each other.

Discounts
From time to time we may run special discounts but in general we have slashed prices to meet or beat the market. Stay informed about discount campaigns by signing up for email which is done by creating an account. Click on the person icon in the upper right hand of the page to create an account.

​​Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted for 10 days from purchase. Product must not be modified or damaged in any way. Shipping will not be refunded. All of our beads are inspected for quality before shipping. Refunds will only be given for beads returned in the same quality condition as shipped. Returns must be made in a box as shipped to you, not just alone in a padded envelope since beads could be damaged in shipping. Any beads damaged in shipping will not be credited. Credit will not be given for beads damaged or altered, including any chemical application or "cleaning", by the customer. If you experiment with the beads using wire etc and damage the beads, drill, ream or abuse the beads, credit will not be given. Credit will not be given for beads used in designs shown or used by the customer.
